Unique mid-century modern steel and wood desk by "Hill-Rom Company". This
writing desk features steel drawers, legs and back, chrome hardware, a veneer
top and the front of the drawers are wood. A very unique piece that is hard to
come by. The desk has been cleaned a polished as it has been with one family
since it was bought. The bottom drawer has a couple imperfections, see picture.
The chips have been covered so they are less noticeable and the larger chip was
fixed with epoxy and touched up. All drawers prompt open, may lag due to age
and it being steel and not wood instead. Overall in good condition and is a
beautiful piece.
