CLARA is a mid-century modern inspired shelving unit made in Canada using 100%
solid wood. This light and subtle design is easy to install in any type of wall
and strong enough to hold your whole collection of books, records or plants.
This 2 SHELVES version is perfect for a minimalist style bookshelf on top of a
desk, a couch or even as kitchen shelves.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WOOD

Black walnut has a very dark and rich color with wide variations in tints from
darker to lighter shades of brown.
Sugar maple is the palest wood with its overall subtle grain but you can
expect to have a few greyish spots.
Red oak is a redish wood with quite a distinctive grain where you can really
see the lines with quite a lot of variations.
Cherry wood is also a redish wood with subtle grain lines and a more uniform
tint that will darken over time. You can expect some dark small spots like on
the picture.

HOW WE SHIP

We offer free shipping to Canada and USA with standard UPS. Contact us if you
need a international shipping quote, if you have a special timeline and would
like a faster production/shipping option.
Our shelves are shipped in NO PLASTIC 100% recyclable box and padding so you
won't have to deal with unwanted materials.

HOW TO INSTALL

1 - Determine the space you want between the uprights. If possible, we
strongly suggest to screw them into wall studs. Otherwise, use provided
universal anchors (see photo for more details).
2 - Use pre-holes in uprights to fix on your wall.
3 - Install all brackets in their sockets.
4 - Put down the shelves on the brackets and center. Anti-slippery pads will
prevent it from moving.

HOW TO CARE

We apply a tough and eco-friendly oil-based mat finish which is designed for
moderate use. Oils are absorbed by the wood so if the finish is damaged, any
other non-tinted oil-based product can be used on top (no varnish). Clean with
a soft cloth and avoid using chemical or abrasive cleaning products. Be sure to
use mats or plates under plant pots to make sure no water sits on the shelves.
