location. If you have stairs, elevators, ferries or additional situations
involved with delivery, please inform us prior to shipping arrangements, as
this may increase delivery charge. Any extra charges resulting from

delivery and may result in rescheduling delivery. It is the responsibility of
the buyer to coordinate with shipping company once shipping method is
